What’s TBD?
TBD stands for To Be Determined. It represents what’s yet to come and also the grit and determination we need in order to find out what’s possible in our lives.
TBD helps us become better leaders. How can we communicate clearly, find a rhythm to our work, navigate tricky interactions and build a leadership style aligned with our integrity and values? I cover these topics and more in TBD.
How can we have a life that’s both successful professionally and satisfying?
In TBD you’ll read about:
Developing top tier management skills that navigate through tough times
Creating a clear vision that aligns with your good life
Transforming your communication to be clear, confident and kind
Cultivating stronger relationships by understanding the dynamics behind them
Stepping into your power to support yourself in your work

Who’s Courtney?
Understanding and solving problems with people is in my DNA. I worked in the design field for over 25 years, first as a designer, then as Principal at Hot Studio, a consulting firm in San Francisco. I founded and led the first Design Operations discipline at Facebook, where I developed a global team of Design Program Managers (DPMs) from the ground up.
In that time, I learned a lot about people, scaling teams, building stronger relationships and managing complex situations to product the right outcomes. Today, I’m a coach guiding my clients to help them realize their full leadership potential.
