More You: Getting Out of Your Own Way
by Frank Marquardt
In my coaching practice, my clients tell me what they want to work on, and I’ll ask, what’s standing in your way? They almost always have a clear answer. It could be a lack of self-trust, or they’re too scattered, or they haven’t taken themselves seriously.

What is Leading with Heart?
This January and February, meet with a small group five times to address questions like these, find new approaches and practices to bring into 2022.
What small questions can you ask that will lead to big changes in 2022?
How can you create high-trust environments in 2022?
What skills can you implement to be more effective and resilient during challenging times?
What are strategies for managing your capacity when you have so many balls in the air?
Join us for Leading with Heart in January!
The last two years have been trying for many of us. Leaders, especially, have faced new demands and challenges. Moving forward, we’ll continue to face changes personally and professionally that challenge both what we do as leaders and how we do it. This workshop gives you a chance to unpack and discuss challenges with a small group of like-minded leaders.
