Introducing Iconic Leadership Coaching.
Did you know that twenty years ago I attended my first coaching training? I was navigating a career change and thought coaching was the right course for me. I was 100% correct, but I was just a few years too early.
After a successful career in technology and design, I returned to coaching by pursuing study in two programs. Now, it’s been two years almost to the day that I started my coaching practice. Today, I’m so excited to launch my new brand - Iconic Leadership Coaching.

I enjoy supporting clients to step into aligned leadership and create meaningful lives that matter.
We take the time to:
Get curious about what really needs to shift to have the impact we want to have in our professional lives.
Become creative about how we might navigate steps towards the goal. Become more bold? Take smaller steps that build momentum? What's our strategy to move forward?
Commit to courageous steps to move from talking into action with accountability.
These conversations can change so much for people in a relatively short amount of time. Having a partner on your side allows you to focus on what needs to shift in your life. Coaching brings new ideas to the forefront and helps you navigate obstacles.
